Gaizkine Armada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. If Eufrasio Aranzubia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74thth minute of the game Quinto Nobo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portugalete's Donato Flores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. But to his dismay, Eufrasio Aranzubia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Portugalete's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eufrasio Aranzubia was slow to take the kick. During this time Fuerzas Armadas's players had a chance to rest. In the 91st minute, Fuerzas Armadas's Quinto Nobo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Donato Flores. Donato Flores yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7.
