Saturnino Flores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moisés Goyanes in the 17th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Sabucedo AD's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Whelpton came free, but Saturnino Flores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sabucedo AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edward Whelpton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Saturnino Flores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phillip Abraham in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute Phillip Abraham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Flores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by John Dalheim during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 41 played minutes Sabucedo AD got a freekick which was hit by John Dalheim. In the 46th minute, Moisés Goyanes made a precise shot to the right of Saturnino Flores. Sabucedo AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4.

Saturnino Flores came out of the goal and Moisés Goyanes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Florin Mala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Silvano Quintela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Edwin 雷林 from long distance, 73 minutes into the match, got Saturnino Flores's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of FC Les Corts booed when Sabucedo AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Piorno didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Moisés Goyanes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Saturnino Flores. When the match was over FC Les Corts could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sabucedo AD throughout the match.
