An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Bodelon in the 20th minute of play forced Rentería's goalkeeper Francesco Tarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tato Encina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pastor Abad made in the 24th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tadeo Leal immediately put the ball in play. After 28 played minutes Rentería got a freekick which was hit by Pudes De Toro. Francesco Tarin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcos Bodelon went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Constantino Alfaro's late challenge caught a 米兰1899's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Constantino Alfaro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th match minute, Rentería was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Alfaro to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Rentería defense, Inko Amer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Francesco Tarin. The Rentería fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Francesco Tarin should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the game, Sotil Solera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 米兰1899's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rentería the free kick. Marcos Bodelon hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Tato Encina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mario Semeno having to make a save. Pudes De Toro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Semeno having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Marcos Bodelon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 米兰1899's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Bodelon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos Bodelon scored 0-6 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Francesco Tarin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcos Bodelon struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Francesco Tarin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 米兰1899. 96 minutes into the game, Lluis Arribas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Francesco Tarin. Lluis Arribas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched 米兰1899 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
