With an all-out effort, Academy F6 Fernandao's Gartzen Barberá threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gabri Mala, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jurand Hetman scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Milio Ortiz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Allariz CD's Gartzen Barberá got control of the ball when Denis Machado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Milio Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurand Hetman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arxel Patiño's late challenge caught a Allariz CD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arxel Patiño helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Allariz CD booed when Academy F6 Fernandao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arxel Patiño didn't get a good kick on the ball. Milio Ortiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Esteban, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute Jurand Hetman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milio Ortiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Bonifacio Losada cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2.
