The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulino Caballero during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Matthew De la Torre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. The supporters of los peques booed when Salelles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Txema Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guillen Menendez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Traian Chelaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, los peques's goalkeeper Guillen Menendez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthew De la Torre. Giuseppe Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Sevilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The los peques supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Salelles's performance. The match ended with a win for Salelles.
