Misael Darroja scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rune Snäll, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 6th minute, Leon Goretzka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Apolo Rius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolo Lacorte, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Apolo Rius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manolo Lacorte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hondo Arratia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Apolo Rius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Latocayteva F.C.'s Apolo Rius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Latocayteva F.C. from getting a goal against them. After 21 minutes Rayo Tharkad's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Federico Reyes who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Latocayteva F.C.'s Federico Reyes to fire away a dangerous shot which Rune Snäll despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Rayo Tharkad's goal looked a bit too open when Misael Darroja came free, but Rune Snäll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rune Snäll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Misael Darroja in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rayo Tharkad's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Federico Reyes was slow to take the kick. During this time Latocayteva F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Misael Darroja made a great header on Latocayteva F.C.'s corner, it was just that Rayo Tharkad's Rune Snäll managed to reach the ball for a save. 31 minutes in the game Juan Bermejo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Hondo Arratia. With a little luck, Latocayteva F.C.'s Apolo Rius got control of the ball when Humberto Leon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37th minute of the match Latocayteva F.C. got a corner. Rayo Tharkad's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Federico Reyes ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Latocayteva F.C.'s corner Federico Reyes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rune Snäll quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Latocayteva F.C.'s Ezequiel Garay got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Apolo Rius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manolo Lacorte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the match, Latocayteva F.C.'s Misael Darroja sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rune Snäll narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Manolo Lacorte to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Misael Darroja notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Rayo Tharkad's Rune Snäll. Rune Snäll was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Misael Darroja took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rune Snäll. Rune Snäll dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Rayo Tharkad made a substitution. Macerio Caballero replaced Antimo Negro. 60 minutes into the match, Latocayteva F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Leon came free, but Apolo Rius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Juan Bermejo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rayo Tharkad's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zumar Figueroa struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Apolo Rius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rayo Tharkad. 77 minutes into the match, Latocayteva F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Apoena Ocaña came free, but Apolo Rius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rayo Tharkad's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zumar Figueroa in the 80th minute. A well done corner resulted in Humberto Leon drilling the ball in to score 1-3 behind Latocayteva F.C.'s goalkeeper. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Koulis Kostakoglou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Latocayteva F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Koulis Kostakoglou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rune Snäll breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute Apoena Ocaña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Misael Darroja might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rune Snäll. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Misael Darroja ran back to his position shaking his head. Rune Snäll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Misael Darroja in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolo Lacorte in the 91st minute of play forced Latocayteva F.C.'s goalkeeper Apolo Rius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Soprano hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Latocayteva F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Latocayteva F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
