Spectators: 8419 (Terracing: 6315, Seating: 1936, VIP seats: 168) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Llin Saavedra made the kick off which started today's match. The audience was convinced that Arın Biçim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lauro Turienzo was relentless in the 2nd minute of the game. If Ildefonso Perfecto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gumersindo Zabalo charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gumersindo Zabalo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Molins De Rei's Gumersindo Zabalo got a free kick in the 7th minute. Günalp Talip scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lauro Turienzo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 15 played minutes Iron Maiden FC got a freekick which was hit by Clive Burr. Lauro Turienzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Murray in the 19th minute of play. After 20 minutes, Hori Santander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Molins De Rei and the Iron Maiden FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 20 played minutes Molins De Rei got a freekick which was hit by Hori Santander. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ildefonso Perfecto got free with Adalberto Nueva in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 26 minutes Molins De Rei's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Baltazar Fuente who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Iron Maiden FC's Baltazar Fuente to fire away a dangerous shot which Lauro Turienzo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Evaristo Reyes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Molins De Rei's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iron Maiden FC the free kick. Evaristo Reyes hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Molins De Rei's zone, Günalp Talip stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lauro Turienzo came out of the goal and Günalp Talip tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lauro Turienzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Murray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lauro Turienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Günalp Talip in the 33rd minute of the match. Adalberto Nueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Ucero in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Murray in the 38th minute of play forced Molins De Rei's goalkeeper Lauro Turienzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ermegildo Ramirez came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Molins De Rei fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermegildo Ramirez couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute Günalp Talip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lauro Turienzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Iron Maiden FC booed when Molins De Rei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hori Santander didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Iron Maiden FC's Dave Murray in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Molins De Rei's goalie prevented a goal. Molins De Rei's Evaristo Reyes got his second yellow card of the match in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Günalp Talip to make the kick off. Lauro Turienzo came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Iron Maiden FC's Honorio Torrent. But to his dismay, Honorio Torrent quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 55th play minute Arın Biçim came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lauro Turienzo. 1-3. Lauro Turienzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arın Biçim in the 60th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Hori Santander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Molins De Rei's supporters rose to their feet, but Hori Santander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adalberto Nueva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iron Maiden FC made a substitution. García Garate replaced Steve Harris. Iron Maiden FC's Marcos Olano was substituted for Rob Halford. In the 65th minute, Llin Saavedra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dennis Stratton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Lauro Turienzo made a huge save. In the 67th minute, Iron Maiden FC's Dennis Stratton ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lauro Turienzo. Lauro Turienzo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. 71 minutes into the match, Molins De Rei's goalkeeper Lauro Turienzo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dennis Stratton. After a rather tough play, Molins De Rei's Ermegildo Ramirez got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When Dennis Stratton came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Iron Maiden FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Stratton couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute, Ildefonso Perfecto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Iron Maiden FC's García Garate slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lauro Turienzo. That made the score 1-5 after 74 minutes of play. Günalp Talip's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lauro Turienzo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Dennis Stratton kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lauro Turienzo. That made the score 1-6 in the 85 minute of play. Molins De Rei's Lauro Turienzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Günalp Talip in the 89th minute of play. Lauro Turienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arın Biçim in the 90th minute of the match. García Garate took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lauro Turienzo. Molins De Rei's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Iron Maiden FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
