When Chico Vidales came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Nàstic de Tarragona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chico Vidales couldn't finish the play. Sixto Fraco made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Malcolm Castledine sent off a good shot on target. Sixto Fraco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo Proença in the 16th minute of the match. In the 19th minute of the match CF Fortuna got a corner. Nàstic de Tarragona's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Malcolm Castledine ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on CF Fortuna's corner Malcolm Castledine fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sixto Fraco quite easily take care of the ball. If Chico Vidales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nàstic de Tarragona's Sixto Fraco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Proença in the 25th minute of play. 康伟斐 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Sixto Fraco made a huge save. The Nàstic de Tarragona fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Nàstic de Tarragona's Chico Vidales looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Chico Vidales took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Liu Kuan Peng. Liu Kuan Peng dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 康伟斐 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joan Oriol's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Liu Kuan Peng firmly grabbed it by the left post. Nàstic de Tarragona's Chico Vidales got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Liu Kuan Peng was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Chico Vidales showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 59 minute of play. When CF Fortuna's Gwidon Burdzel in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Liu Kuan Peng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iñaki Portillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixto Fraco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Castledine in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Nàstic de Tarragona's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Sugoi came free, but Sixto Fraco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 minutes, Gwidon Burdzel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CF Fortuna and the Nàstic de Tarragona players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, CF Fortuna's Gwidon Burdzel got a free kick in the 93rd minute. If Iñaki Portillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute.
