Eagle Team's William Sarrate quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lluis Gómez, made in the 11th minute of the game. Vizokas F.C.'s Mariano Andujar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arxel Ziguenza in the 14th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Lluis Gómez in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Eagle Team's Urtsua Doblas. In the 18th minute, Arxel Ziguenza made a precise shot to the right of Mariano Andujar. Vizokas F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. William Sarrate might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariano Andujar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. William Sarrate ran back to his position shaking his head. Xarles Contratas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Ruiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 25 minutes, Arxel Ziguenza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eagle Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arxel Ziguenza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, William Sarrate managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eagle Team's supporters rose to their feet, but William Sarrate was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Andujar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 30th minute Eduardo Pantoja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xarles Contratas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th match minute, Eagle Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciriaco Mas to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th match minute, Eagle Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Sarrate to maneuver through the defense. The Eagle Team supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Eagle Team would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
