Agustín Pedrosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Kamal Pahlevi made a huge save. A collision led to Tirant lo Blanch getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Bernardo España hit a great ball. Gonsalve Flores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Treppa in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Bozhil Vaptzarov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamal Pahlevi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonsalve Flores came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Tirant lo Blanch's Leonard Treppa. But to his dismay, Leonard Treppa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kamal Pahlevi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the game, Bozhil Vaptzarov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Kamal Pahlevi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guaberto Rocio during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Tirant lo Blanch getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Guaberto Rocio hit a great ball. Bozhil Vaptzarov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kamal Pahlevi having to make a save. After 28 minutes, Agustín Pedrosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U.D. Mancini and the Tirant lo Blanch players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Tirant lo Blanch booed when U.D. Mancini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Pedrosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Song Peng Han hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 36th minute really tested Kamal Pahlevi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 36 played minutes Bozhil Vaptzarov scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Kamal Pahlevi who was too lazy, 2-1. During the 39th minute of the match Agustín Pedrosa completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Agustín Pedrosa a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Tirant lo Blanch booed when U.D. Mancini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Pedrosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kamal Pahlevi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Quiroga in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 46th minute Tirant lo Blanch were awarded a corner. Pitin Vallejo went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Pitin Vallejo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gonsalve Flores quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonard Treppa was the one to do the kick off. In the 60th minute U.D. Mancini were awarded a corner. Bozhil Vaptzarov went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Bozhil Vaptzarov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tirant lo Blanch's Kamal Pahlevi did a great save. A nice corner shot did that Bozhil Vaptzarov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kamal Pahlevi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Bozhil Vaptzarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. U.D. Mancini made a substitution. Pello Sanz replaced Nemesio Quiroga. Kamal Pahlevi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 69th minute of the match. Rolando Salvatore made in the 70th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Rudolf Esken however managed to control. In the 71st minute Pello Sanz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamal Pahlevi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match, Leonard Treppa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gonsalve Flores was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The nice shot from Leonard Treppa in the 83rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Gonsalve Flores had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Tirant lo Blanch's Leonard Treppa got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. U.D. Mancini made a substitution. Ugutz Campos replaced Vatan Attaroğlu. Tirant lo Blanch made a substitution. Carmen Paniagua replaced Leonard Treppa. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Carmen Paniagua took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Gonsalve Flores to make any attempt to save it. Carmen Paniagua took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gonsalve Flores. Gonsalve Flores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The Tirant lo Blanch supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tirant lo Blanch would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
