Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kurt Elboth started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Ali Spaunfeldt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chelsea FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, Chelsea FC's Kurt Elboth got a free kick in the 5th minute. Ken Bønnelykke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 9 minutes into the match, Taarup's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Spaunfeldt came free, but Kaj Tornslev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sigfred Purcell kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes, Taarup's Brian Risløv shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kirstein Skovø came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Taarup reached it. Kirstein Skovø made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Jim Vennig sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th minute, Sigfred Purcell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per Felgenhauer during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jim Vennig struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Kirstein Skovø didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taarup. After a defensive mix-up in Chelsea FC's zone, Ken Bønnelykke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kirstein Skovø came out of the goal and Ken Bønnelykke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kirstein Skovø made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Jim Vennig sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sigfred Purcell during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sigfred Purcell hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.
Kirstein Skovø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Vennig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Chelsea FC's zone, Ken Bønnelykke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kirstein Skovø came out of the goal and Ken Bønnelykke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Filip Parlø fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taarup's protests and gave Filip Parlø a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Chelsea FC booed when Taarup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Parlø didn't get a good kick on the ball. Per Felgenhauer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kaj Tornslev. Taarup's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Chelsea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ken Bønnelykke came free, but Kirstein Skovø reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Ken Bønnelykke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kirstein Skovø saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Taarup's Ken Bønnelykke got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kirstein Skovø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ken Bønnelykke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kirstein Skovø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ken Bønnelykke in the 79th minute of play. Sigfred Purcell got his second yellow card in the match during the 80th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Sigfred Purcell hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. When Taarup's Jim Vennig in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chelsea FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jim Vennig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kirstein Skovø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Vennig, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute Jim Vennig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kirstein Skovø saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Taarup were the better team. Taarup's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
