After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Nis Lyngeled managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Sodavand's supporters rose to their feet, but Nis Lyngeled was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jann Løvstrøm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Sven Kriegler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC Sodavand's zone, Ferdinand Hollemann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roland Striberg came out of the goal and Ferdinand Hollemann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute, Sven Kriegler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jann Løvstrøm was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Nis Lyngeled had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When FC Sodavand's Sven Kriegler in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dyrby SIK's goalie prevented a goal. Dyrby SIK's Jann Løvstrøm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaare Boucheny in the 24th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven Kriegler in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jann Løvstrøm saved Dyrby SIK from getting behind. In the 27thth minute of the game Sven Kriegler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dyrby SIK's Jann Løvstrøm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sven Kriegler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jann Løvstrøm having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Sven Kriegler put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jann Løvstrøm. After a defensive mix-up in Dyrby SIK's zone, Sven Kriegler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jann Løvstrøm came out of the goal and Sven Kriegler tried to chip the ball over his head. Nis Lyngeled fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jann Løvstrøm having to interfere. In the 44th match minute, Dyrby SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jokum Borred to maneuver through the defense. After the first half FC Sodavand were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Sven Kriegler made the kick off in the second half. Jann Løvstrøm was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Sven Kriegler capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sven Kriegler really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Sven Kriegler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven Krieglers short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Jann Løvstrøm to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolai Kviat couldn't finish the play. Ferdinand Hollemann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Striberg having to interfere. FC Sodavand's Sven Kriegler quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Konrad Skovsbo, made in the 78th minute of the game. Jann Løvstrøm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Kriegler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jann Løvstrøm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven Kriegler's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Jann Løvstrøm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolai Kviat in the 83rd minute of the match. Dyrby SIK's Jann Løvstrøm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Dyrby SIK from getting a goal against them. Konrad Skovsbo made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Sodavand's Nicolai Kviat. Nicolai Kviat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven Kriegler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jann Løvstrøm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
