If Aslak Kænis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Gisser made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mickey Haxholm in the 36th minute. In the 40th minute, Loke Bjærnum fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Valentin Gisser, passed just outside the right post. After having played for 43 minutes, Mickey Haxholm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sanddal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mickey Haxholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Loke Bjærnum made the kick off in the second half. Bent Kimper charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bent Kimper the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 played minutes Thorstrup AC got a freekick which was hit by Bent Kimper. Valentin Gisser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loke Bjærnum, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Tony Rosengreen charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tony Rosengreen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of Thorstrup AC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sanddal FC:s goal. In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for Sanddal FC. Nigel Strømholt stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Valentin Gisser. 2-0. Mickey Haxholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Gisser having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Mickey Haxholm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sanddal FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Thorstrup AC's zone, Mickey Haxholm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Gisser came out of the goal and Mickey Haxholm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th match minute, Sanddal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukas Milving to maneuver through the defense. 97 minutes into the game, Eske Løgom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sanddal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Thorstrup AC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sanddal FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! Bernhardt Hjelgaard placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out!
