Pedro Riche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Arturo Cinque made a huge save. In the 10th minute Baltazar Bahner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Cinque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltazar Bahner received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arturo Cinque came out and tried to block the shot, but Baltazar Bahner slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Klaudius Vedelfort in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ask's Didrik Ejlergaard. The audience was convinced that Adam Kjøl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jes Briholt was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Jes Briholt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esben Drescher in the 18th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 30 minutes into the game, when Sigfrid Inggaard put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Ask:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rønde:s goal. 33 minutes into the match, Ask's goal looked a bit too open when Baltazar Bahner came free, but Arturo Cinque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marvin Eegehauge came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arturo Cinque could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Kjøl in the 36th minute of play forced Rønde's goalkeeper Jes Briholt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Kjøl scored 1-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jes Briholt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Marvin Eegehauge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Ask were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rønde's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Adam Kjøl scored to the left of an out of position Jes Briholt, making the score, 1-3. Arturo Cinque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marvin Eegehauge, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Jes Briholt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adam Kjøl's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Arturo Cinque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Ekknud in the 67th minute of play. Freddy Hyrdebakke kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rønde's zone, Thue Schlichtkrull stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jes Briholt came out of the goal and Thue Schlichtkrull tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute, Rønde's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Adam Kjøl fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jes Briholt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klavs Mather in the 75th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rønde's zone, Klavs Mather stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jes Briholt came out of the goal and Klavs Mather tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arturo Cinque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Ekknud in the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltazar Bahner in the 91st minute of play forced Ask's goalkeeper Arturo Cinque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Rønde's Freddy Hyrdebakke got a free kick in the 95th minute. Ask's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
