Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Josef Vedderkop started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Blommenslyst FV's zone, Rollo Vinter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelius Brunsdorf came out of the goal and Rollo Vinter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hagendrup's Kurt Kvisthøj managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Valdemar Brusen in the 8 minute of the game. With a little luck, Blommenslyst FV's Cornelius Brunsdorf got control of the ball when Svenne Riim tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Svenne Riim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hagendrup's supporters rose to their feet, but Svenne Riim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornelius Brunsdorf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kurt Kvisthøj hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Blommenslyst FV's Cornelius Brunsdorf got control of the ball when Svenne Riim tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute Poul Gjerum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelius Brunsdorf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 minutes of play, Hagendrup's Svenne Riim made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cornelius Brunsdorf was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Josef Vedderkop in the 28th minute of play forced Hagendrup's goalkeeper Christopher Schallencaff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 1-1 became the score in the 33rd minute when Kristof Ikast elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Josef Vedderkop came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Blommenslyst FV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Josef Vedderkop couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the match, Blommenslyst FV's goal looked a bit too open when Rollo Vinter came free, but Cornelius Brunsdorf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svenne Riim came free with the goalkeeper in the 42nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cornelius Brunsdorf could save by the left post. In the 45th minute Morgan Otill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Schallencaff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rollo Vinter made a kick off. If Svenne Riim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cornelius Brunsdorf came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Hagendrup's Rollo Vinter. But to his dismay, Rollo Vinter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 61 minutes into the match, Svenne Riim had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cornelius Brunsdorf. Blommenslyst FV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Svenne Riim was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Cornelius Brunsdorf came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hagendrup's Svenne Riim. But to his dismay, Svenne Riim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. The audience was convinced that Svenne Riim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cornelius Brunsdorf was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. 83 minutes into the match, Blommenslyst FV's goal looked a bit too open when Svenne Riim came free, but Cornelius Brunsdorf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornelius Brunsdorf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rollo Vinter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rollo Vinter in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cornelius Brunsdorf saved Blommenslyst FV from getting behind. Ronni Husgard was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Hagendrup's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
