Havneby United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Revshammer FV the free kick. After 3 played minutes Havneby United got a freekick which was hit by Ted Viereck. Havneby United's Svenaage Bauerfeld proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Havneby United from getting a goal against them. In the 10th minute, Ansgar Tarliong reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Svenaage Bauerfeld. The goal made the score 1-0. Havneby United's Ted Viereck got his second yellow card of the match in the 16th minute. The referee ordered Ted Viereck off the ground. The supporters of Revshammer FV booed when Havneby United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ted Viereck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gregor Palmsø recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Revshammer FV getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ansgar Tarliong hit a great ball. Nico Callery's late challenge caught a Revshammer FV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nico Callery helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, Havneby United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Callery to maneuver through the defense. Gregor Palmsø's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Svenaage Bauerfeld skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 36 minutes into the match, Havneby United's goalkeeper Svenaage Bauerfeld had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gregor Palmsø. When Gregor Palmsø came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Revshammer FV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregor Palmsø couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the match, Ansgar Tarliong dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Svenaage Bauerfeld, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ansgar Tarliong was the one to do the kick off. If Gregor Palmsø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregor Palmsø in the 74th managed to get into a good position. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ansgar Tarliong in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Havneby United's Svenaage Bauerfeld played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ansgar Tarliong in the 87th minute of play. Svenaage Bauerfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregor Palmsø, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Revshammer FV's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
