A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Højst AC's goal looked a bit too open when Kjeld Ralsgaard came free, but Erling Vedelsted reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjeld Ralsgaard might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erling Vedelsted. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kjeld Ralsgaard ran back to his position shaking his head. If Kjeld Ralsgaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 played minutes Højst AC got a freekick which was hit by Dan Capito. 39 minutes into the game, Kjeld Ralsgaard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gesager FV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Højst AC the free kick. Kjeld Ralsgaard hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Erling Vedelsted took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjeld Ralsgaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, Kjeld Ralsgaard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erling Vedelsted. Højst AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kjeld Ralsgaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After having played for 52 minutes, Kjeld Ralsgaard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gesager FV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjeld Ralsgaard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kjeld Ralsgaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nicolas Reiter who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Erling Vedelsted when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kåre Tvilling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerhardt Grabe in the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of Gesager FV booed when Højst AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerhardt Grabe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolas Reiter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erling Vedelsted having to interfere. Erling Vedelsted made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjeld Ralsgaard in the 74th minute of play. Erling Vedelsted showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjeld Ralsgaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Kjeld Ralsgaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kjeld Ralsgaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute Kjeld Ralsgaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erling Vedelsted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Højst AC's Erling Vedelsted proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Højst AC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Kjeld Ralsgaard kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erling Vedelsted. That made the score 0-4 in the 93 minute of play. A collision led to Gesager FV getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Dan Drengsgaard hit a great ball.
