Zik Zak's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in Zik Zak's zone, Benth Hvolby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stuart Østergren came out of the goal and Benth Hvolby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gregor Pank struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Stuart Østergren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malek FC. Stuart Østergren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Riedel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Gregor Pank got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Elmar Kjelsgaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rico Skjoldnæs was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 89th minute, Gregor Pank fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Stefan Videmark kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Gregor Pank could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Stuart Østergren made a huge save. Malek FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
