Spectators: 6711 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Linus Westh started the match with the kick off. Oliver Riedel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Kalle Thøyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grunninghoved's Kalle Thøyer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregor Pank in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Grunninghoved's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Riedel came free, but Kalle Thøyer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Oliver Riedel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalle Thøyer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalle Thøyer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Riedel, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Kalle Thøyer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Riedel in the 10th minute of the match. Henning Løvenwald's late challenge caught a Grunninghoved's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henning Løvenwald helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Malek FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henning Løvenwald to maneuver through the defense. After 16 played minutes Linus Westh rounded Malek FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Linus Westh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rico Skjoldnæs having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Riedel in the 34th minute of play forced Grunninghoved's goalkeeper Kalle Thøyer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Grunninghoved's Mikki Brændskov got a free kick in the 35th minute. When Sivart Skenkelsø fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grunninghoved's protests and gave Sivart Skenkelsø a yellow card for diving instead. Sivart Skenkelsø hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Grunninghoved's zone, Gregor Pank stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kalle Thøyer came out of the goal and Gregor Pank tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the game, Malek FC's Oliver Riedel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kalle Thøyer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oliver Riedel was the one to do the kick off. Gregor Pank sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Oliver Riedel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Kalle Thøyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes in the game, Oliver Riedel fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kalle Thøyer having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Riedel in the 59th minute of play forced Grunninghoved's goalkeeper Kalle Thøyer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute of the match Jack Nejtoft shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rico Skjoldnæs showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 68th minute Oliver Riedel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalle Thøyer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rico Skjoldnæs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mickey Duedahl's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Oliver Riedel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oliver Riedel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kalle Thøyer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Kalle Thøyer was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Oliver Riedel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Oliver Riedel really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. 87 minutes into the match, Grunninghoved's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Riedel came free, but Kalle Thøyer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grunninghoved's Mickey Duedahl got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
