Spectators: 6701 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dirk Nielson started the match with the kick off. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Istebjærg! The referee gave Galaxy a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sander Polmak, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Istebjærg's Ulrik Børglum. 0-1. Knud Rudiengaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulrik Børglum having to interfere. A long shot from Valentin Nørsøller in the 19th minute of play was well struck, but Karol Kasprzykowski made a really good save at the right post. The referee felt a red card was in order, 25 minutes into the game, when Baltazar Agesen put in a rough tackle. After 26 played minutes Galaxy got a freekick which was hit by Baltazar Agesen. Gregers Kreutzfeldt got in the 27th minute the ball and tried a long shot which scored to the left of Karol Kasprzykowski and thus it was 1-2. 31 minutes into the match, Fabian Wiater notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Istebjærg's Ulrik Børglum. Ulrik Børglum was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Istebjærg's goalkeeper Ulrik Børglum, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half Galaxy were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Wiater to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, Galaxy's Ulrik Børglum threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fabian Wiater, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Ulrik Børglum successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Anthon Lunderskov charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anthon Lunderskov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Fabian Wiater sped through Istebjærg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ulrik Børglum. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bo Løvvang got free with Ulrik Børglum in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Fabian Wiater had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 70thth minute of the game Fabian Wiater who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Istebjærg's Ulrik Børglum was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kennet Nordal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 73rdth minute of the game Fabian Wiater who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Istebjærg's Ulrik Børglum was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Linus Maschvitsz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Istebjærg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galaxy the free kick. Linus Maschvitsz kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Ulrik Børglum was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Knud Rudiengaard. When Galaxy's Fabian Wiater in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Istebjærg's goalie prevented a goal. Ulrik Børglum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kennet Nordal, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Ulrik Børglum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Wiater, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Istebjærg getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Rupert Hoffmeyer hit a great ball. Galaxy's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
