Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mads Freimer took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lars Døssing's late challenge caught a Gjesing FV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lars Døssing helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, Tranholm FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Døssing to maneuver through the defense. Wilhelm Baruah took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ruddi Gording. Tranholm FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tony Jendrup fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hektor Løvbakke having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Lars Døssing got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Linus Oxenheim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gjesing FV's supporters rose to their feet, but Linus Oxenheim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruddi Gording breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hektor Løvbakke made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Tony Jendrup sent off a good shot on target. Ruddi Gording showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfred Bredborg, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Vincent Marton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ruddi Gording having to make a save. In the 39th minute Vincent Marton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruddi Gording saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Wilfred Bredborg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ruddi Gording was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vincent Marton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ruddi Gording having to make a save. Tranholm FC's Ruddi Gording played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfred Bredborg in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilfred Bredborg to make the kick off. Ruddi Gording made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfred Bredborg in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Wilfred Bredborg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ruddi Gording was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 57th match minute, Tranholm FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Ernest to maneuver through the defense. Gjesing FV's Vincent Marton got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfred Bredborg in the 60th minute of play forced Tranholm FC's goalkeeper Ruddi Gording to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Vincent Marton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Jonny Ernest hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vincent Marton took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruddi Gording. Ruddi Gording dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. With a little luck, Tranholm FC's Ruddi Gording got control of the ball when Vincent Marton tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilfred Bredborg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vincent Marton in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruddi Gording saved Tranholm FC from getting behind. In the 81st match minute, Gjesing FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jannik Hjelde to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 90 minutes, Wilfred Bredborg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gjesing FV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfred Bredborg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lars Døssing hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Vincent Marton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruddi Gording read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Hektor Løvbakke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Jendrup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Gjesing FV supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gjesing FV would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
