Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) Denis Sutton started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute, Einer Løvholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the match, Gantrup SIK's Ib Gannik broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Einer Løvholm kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Gotfred Hladik scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torbjørn Valdimarsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Klemens Makiaho's late challenge caught a Gantrup SIK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Klemens Makiaho helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Værslev FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gantrup SIK:s goal. Værslev FC:s Torbjørn Valdimarsson showed great skill when he stopped Ib Gannik:s penalty. 20 minutes into the game, Ib Gannik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Torbjørn Valdimarsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Torbjørn Valdimarsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gotfred Hladik in the 25th minute. If Gotfred Hladik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Værslev FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gotfred Hladik fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tom Koppenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torbjørn Valdimarsson having to interfere. Lejf Flemmert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Heine Reinø tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tom Koppenberg was the one to do the kick off. Danny Runing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heine Reinø having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tom Koppenberg in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Torbjørn Valdimarsson saved Værslev FC from getting behind. 57 minutes into the match, Gantrup SIK's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Sutton came free, but Heine Reinø reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 minutes, Mattias Clausager mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Værslev FC and the Gantrup SIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Værslev FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Clausager to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Tom Koppenberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gantrup SIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Gotfred Hladik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Torbjørn Valdimarsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gotfred Hladik's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 77th match minute, Gantrup SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Risom to maneuver through the defense. When Værslev FC's Denis Sutton in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gantrup SIK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 81st match minute, Gantrup SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samson Isbrand to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, one of Gantrup SIK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gantrup SIK. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Gotfred Hladik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gantrup SIK's supporters rose to their feet, but Gotfred Hladik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torbjørn Valdimarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sepp Volkdal kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Torbjørn Valdimarsson came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Gantrup SIK's Gotfred Hladik. But to his dismay, Gotfred Hladik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. There was no doubt that Gantrup SIK were the better team. Gantrup SIK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
