Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mauritz Ønnerth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Roskilde Saints's Lennart Holmkær got a free kick in the 17th minute. When Tim Sommerby came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Buksager fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tim Sommerby couldn't finish the play. After having played for 29 minutes, Tim Sommerby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buksager's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tim Sommerby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Piet Jerntved made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tony Dalro in the 33rd minute. Nicky Funn kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tim Sommerby in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Balthasar Roostai saved Roskilde Saints from getting behind. Mauritz Ønnerth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nikolaj Argir hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Piet Jerntved made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Tony Dalro sent off a good shot on target. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mauritz Ønnerth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Augustinus Bryd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piet Jerntved having to interfere. Mauritz Ønnerth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Balthasar Roostai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Buksager's Tim Sommerby sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Balthasar Roostai narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tony Dalro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Piet Jerntved tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Buksager fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Buksager's Tim Sommerby looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 74th minute, Curt Sartor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Piet Jerntved made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenn Godt in the 75th minute of play. Gerhart Stougaard kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Piet Jerntved showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolai Tangø, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute, Nikolaj Argir had to leave the field with a concussion. In the 83rd match minute, Roskilde Saints was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frode Hvolbæk to maneuver through the defense. Balthasar Roostai came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Buksager's Tim Sommerby. But to his dismay, Tim Sommerby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to Buksager getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Curt Sartor hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Nicolai Tangø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Piet Jerntved was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.
