In the 39th minute Mads Cedergård shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piet Lebrinne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mads Cedergård had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half F.C.Kongsbjerg were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Vladimir Ringbro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Piet Lebrinne when he managed to save the team from getting behind. F.C.Kongsbjerg's Sune Abel got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kalle Meilholm kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Mads Cedergård sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. F.C.Kongsbjerg's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
