With a left leg Johnni Buchart saved Mean Killin´ Machine from getting behind. When Ernst Byrholm came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Mean Killin´ Machine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernst Byrholm couldn't finish the play. Thorkild Amandis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Johnni Buchart. Mean Killin´ Machine's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Eliassen in the 15th minute of play forced Mean Killin´ Machine's goalkeeper Johnni Buchart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ernst Byrholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Preben Bøttger succeeded in the game's 21st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. 30 minutes into the match, Skælskør's goal looked a bit too open when Preben Bøttger came free, but Rupert Fonneshof reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Preben Bøttger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rupert Fonneshof saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernst Byrholm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Rupert Fonneshof made a huge save. Skælskør's Felix Ildor got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mean Killin´ Machine's Johnni Buchart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Eliassen in the 40th minute of play. A hard shot by Ejnar Paus from long distance, 42 minutes into the match, got Rupert Fonneshof's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Johnni Buchart stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl Eliassen's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Karl Eliassen took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johnni Buchart. Johnni Buchart dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Karl Eliassen made the kick off in the second half. Ernst Byrholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rupert Fonneshof tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Felix Ildor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Skælskør's Karl Eliassen got a free kick in the 59th minute. Ernst Byrholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Rupert Fonneshof tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Skælskør getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Ruben Ferbing hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Ernst Byrholm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mean Killin´ Machine fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Mean Killin´ Machine's Ernst Byrholm pulled a muscle in his leg after 69 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 70 minutes, Thorbjørn Tharsgaard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skælskør and the Mean Killin´ Machine players grew even worse after the yellow card. 69 minutes into the game, one of Skælskør:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Skælskør's Felix Ildor got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rupert Fonneshof made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Preben Bøttger in the 79th minute of play. With a little luck, Mean Killin´ Machine's Johnni Buchart got control of the ball when Felix Ildor tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 87 played minutes Skælskør got a freekick which was hit by Knud Kylman. Johnni Buchart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Eliassen, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Felix Ildor took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johnni Buchart. Johnni Buchart dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Mean Killin´ Machine's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
