After a rather tough play, Hesselbjerg's Sepp Breiner got a free kick in the 41st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felix Ildor in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulrick Sødering prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Skælskør were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elias Elsvor made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Berndt Barkenskjold got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ruben Ferbing hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. If Elias Elsvor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Hesselbjerg's Ulrick Sødering got control of the ball when Felix Ildor tried to sneak it across the goal line.
