Jannik Drasbek started the match with the kick off. Mægaard's Cornelius Jas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jannik Drasbek in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stephan Hermes in the 11th minute of play forced Rødklit's goalkeeper Nicko Danbie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Mægaard's Kevin Saarup got a free kick in the 12th minute. Lars Duvantier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicko Danbie having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Rødklit's goal looked a bit too open when Stephan Hermes came free, but Nicko Danbie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornelius Jas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jannik Drasbek, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute, Tomas Graucob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melkior Bregnedal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicko Danbie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Duvantier in the 37th minute of the match. Kevin Saarup hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Buster Støvlbæk sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Cornelius Jas threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Buster Støvlbæk this time. Jannik Drasbek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Cornelius Jas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erling Thorbek during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stephan Hermes in the 73rd minute of play forced Rødklit's goalkeeper Nicko Danbie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Jannik Drasbek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rødklit's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jannik Drasbek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rødklit's Nicko Danbie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Rødklit from getting a goal against them. Lars Duvantier was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 85th minute. Mægaard's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Stephan Hermes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Mægaard players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Rødklit from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
