Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vilmar Haider in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomas Braagaard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bastian Butho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thorbjørn Nebbegaard in the 21st minute of play. In the 27th minute, Olof Queiser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vilmar Haider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Thomas Braagaard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Thorbjørn Nebbegaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bastian Butho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Kent Kristø managed to get in a good position for a shot. Raja Club Athletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Kent Kristø was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bastian Butho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Raja Club Athletic getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Augustus Rantanen hit a great ball.
