The supporters of Gåsetofte booed when Støttrup FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amund Maibing didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes Gåsetofte got a freekick which was hit by Helmuth Ommestrup. A collision led to Støttrup FV getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Amund Maibing hit a great ball. John Rimme came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Støttrup FV's Walther Niedersøe. But to his dismay, Walther Niedersøe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Gåsetofte's John Rimme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walther Niedersøe in the 25th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, John Rimme successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Frits Shepherd kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. If Absalon Markfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Støttrup FV getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Amund Maibing hit a great ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Walther Niedersøe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Støttrup FV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walther Niedersøe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Silas Bounde notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Støttrup FV's Janus Bratling. Janus Bratling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Støttrup FV getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Amund Maibing hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niclas Martos was the one to do the kick off. Niclas Martos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Janus Bratling firmly grabbed it by the left post. After having played for 57 minutes, Absalon Markfeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Støttrup FV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Absalon Markfeldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 60 minutes of play, Gåsetofte's Silas Bounde made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Janus Bratling was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amund Maibing hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Støttrup FV's Janus Bratling proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Støttrup FV from getting a goal against them. Gåsetofte's Haakon Tamborg got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 70 minutes into the game, Walther Niedersøe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Støttrup FV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gåsetofte the free kick. Walther Niedersøe hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Gåsetofte defense, Walther Niedersøe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of John Rimme. The Gåsetofte fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John Rimme should have stopped the shot. Janus Bratling didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benjamin Heholt went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Janus Bratling came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Gåsetofte's Niclas Martos. But to his dismay, Niclas Martos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. After some careless play in the Støttrup FV defense, Niclas Martos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Janus Bratling. The Støttrup FV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Janus Bratling should have stopped the shot. Walther Niedersøe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. John Rimme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gåsetofte played a much better game than Støttrup FV and deserved their victory. The Støttrup FV players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
