The audience thought a goal was coming when Olfert Østoft got free with Nikolaj Skorpusheygg in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Franz Hvidholm fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Erslev's protests and gave Franz Hvidholm a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Erslev getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Franz Hvidholm hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tribler FC's zone, Olfert Østoft stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikolaj Skorpusheygg came out of the goal and Olfert Østoft tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute Alfred Elmshøj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikolaj Skorpusheygg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Rubert Frousing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee gave Franz Hvidholm a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Franz Hvidholm hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, one of Erslev:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Erslev. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Tribler FC. Aake Stagstrup stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Helge Quist. 0-1. The Erslev players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tribler FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Klemens Lærkedal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Helge Quist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sigmund Lyngrod in the 54th minute. In the 68th minute, Klemens Lærkedal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olfert Østoft sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Tribler FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Erslev from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
