Orla Dalør showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rikki Ferdinand in the 18th minute of the match. Rikki Ferdinand struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Orla Dalør didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stenderup FC. Rikki Ferdinand might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orla Dalør. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rikki Ferdinand ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Stenderup FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Frederick Kampsø hit a great ball. In the 29th match minute, Krogsager was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steen Granvæng to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Kåre Frisenvang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stenderup FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kåre Frisenvang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Kåre Frisenvang made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Kåre Frisenvang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orla Dalør saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stenderup FC's Hugo Rovang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerhard Kinegaard in the 76th minute of play. Alan Lomark charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Lomark the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Krogsager booed when Stenderup FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Lomark didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Krogsager's zone, Kåre Frisenvang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orla Dalør came out of the goal and Kåre Frisenvang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Kåre Frisenvang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stenderup FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kåre Frisenvang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute, Alan Lomark left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stenderup FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 95 minutes into the game, Gynter Varnes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Krogsager's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stenderup FC the free kick. After 95 played minutes Krogsager got a freekick which was hit by Gynter Varnes. Krogsager succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Stenderup FC had controlled the match.
