After 20 minutes, Marco Mikkelsen made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Kæderup FV's Ulrik Tønnesen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Krogsager's Orla Dalør played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Lindedam in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, Krogsager's Orla Dalør got control of the ball when Knud Junggaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute, Gerhard Kinegaard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulrik Tønnesen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 32nd minute, Gerhard Kinegaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kæderup FV's Leif Lindedam was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 33rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 39th minute, Leif Lindedam reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Orla Dalør. The goal made the score 3-2. If Leif Lindedam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orla Dalør made an important save on a dangerous shot by Knud Junggaard in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 63rd minute, Gerhard Kinegaard fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ulrik Tønnesen, passed just outside the right post.
