In the 7thth minute of the game Gynter Kobstrup who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kærgaard SIK's Frits Solomon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Kærgaard SIK booed when Bønderby FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Runar Sichel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kærgaard SIK's zone, Salomon Luno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frits Solomon came out of the goal and Salomon Luno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ernst Hjardan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Bønderby FV's Runar Sichel got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 26 minutes into the match, Bønderby FV's goal looked a bit too open when Hilbert Morberg came free, but Jasper Thræn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frits Solomon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gynter Kobstrup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anders Hildestad charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anders Hildestad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anders Hildestad kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Frits Solomon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salomon Luno in the 37th minute of play. Jasper Thræn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilbert Morberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Nikki Brøgger charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nikki Brøgger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match had been going on for 47 minutes, Kærgaard SIK's Steff Reersted got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jasper Thræn. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gynter Kobstrup made a kick off. Hilbert Morberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, Bønderby FV's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Hildestad came free, but Jasper Thræn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernst Hjardan in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jasper Thræn saved Bønderby FV from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hilbert Morberg in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jasper Thræn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hilbert Morberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jasper Thræn having to interfere. Steff Reersted didn't quite understand what happened when in the 92 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After 94 played minutes Bønderby FV got a freekick which was hit by Runar Sichel. After recieving a nice pass, Kærgaard SIK's Steff Reersted tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ernst Hjardan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kærgaard SIK fully deserved thier win.
