With an extended leg and a bit of luck Louie Tindgard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Louie Tindgard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janick Caprez in the 12th minute of the match. If Janick Caprez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 17th minute, Caspar Skøtt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mikkel Juelsholt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Maade FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mikkel Juelsholt came free, but Bjørn Binnerup reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Crommer FC booed when Maade FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvardt Kolbe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Janick Caprez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Louie Tindgard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hektor Galle got free with Louie Tindgard in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 46 played minutes Crommer FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicky Byon. In the 49th minute of the match Maade FC got a corner. Crommer FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luis Fausbøll ran over to the corner to take the kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Caspar Skøtt was the one to do the kick off. Louie Tindgard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janick Caprez in the 54th minute of play. Hasan Bøsgaard kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Hektor Galle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Louie Tindgard was relentless in the 60th minute of the game.
