Therkil Pærregaard struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Leonard Ilmer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolin FC. Liverpool City F.C.'s Leonard Ilmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Therkil Pærregaard in the 16th minute of play. Therkil Pærregaard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonard Ilmer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Liverpool City F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Aslak Dragquist. The attack was good, but when Ariel Burhøj in the 20th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. A hard shot 25 in the game by Ariel Burhøj from a close distance when the talented Leonard Ilmer managed to make a qualified save. Liverpool City F.C.'s players were relieved. Steff Kidholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holger Tvilhøj, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Tvilhøj in the 29th minute of play forced Bolin FC's goalkeeper Steff Kidholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steff Kidholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holger Tvilhøj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 minutes, Bernhardt Meidahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liverpool City F.C. and the Bolin FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, Bernhardt Meidahl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A nice corner shot did that Ludwig Vedelslund got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leonard Ilmer quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 45 minutes into the match, Liverpool City F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Therkil Pærregaard came free, but Leonard Ilmer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Holger Tvilhøj was the one to do the kick off. Bolin FC's Steff Kidholm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Bolin FC from getting a goal against them. Harold Axhøj who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Steff Kidholm when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Harold Axhøj might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Steff Kidholm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harold Axhøj ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Tvilhøj in the 63rd minute of play forced Bolin FC's goalkeeper Steff Kidholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harold Axhøj took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steff Kidholm. Steff Kidholm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Liverpool City F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ludwig Vedelslund was slow to take the kick. During this time Bolin FC's players had a chance to rest. Harold Axhøj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steff Kidholm having to interfere. Bolin FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Holger Tvilhøj scored to the left of an out of position Steff Kidholm, making the score, 1-2. Asger Berngaard's late challenge caught a Liverpool City F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Asger Berngaard helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute of the match Oscar Greig shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Steff Kidholm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Liverpool City F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
