Spectators: 7414 (Terracing: 5561, Seating: 1705, VIP seats: 148) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Holger Tvilhøj took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pedro Voutsinos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 5 minutes, Rubert Elseling mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skårupøre and the Liverpool City F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th minute, Rubert Elseling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harold Axhøj kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Harold Axhøj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarl Ogrocki having to interfere. Leonard Ilmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Voutsinos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Pedro Voutsinos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skårupøre's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Voutsinos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonard Ilmer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute, Harold Axhøj left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liverpool City F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Jarl Ogrocki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holger Tvilhøj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Holger Tvilhøj during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 27 played minutes Liverpool City F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Holger Tvilhøj. Leonard Ilmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Voutsinos in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, Skårupøre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andy Rustin to maneuver through the defense. If Harold Axhøj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute Holger Tvilhøj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Ogrocki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Skårupøre's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Tvilhøj came free, but Jarl Ogrocki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harold Axhøj recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Pedro Voutsinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Hektor Dreeszen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Leonard Ilmer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Liverpool City F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piet Janby to maneuver through the defense. Andy Rustin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 61st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Harold Axhøj struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Jarl Ogrocki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liverpool City F.C.. A collision led to Liverpool City F.C. getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Oscar Greig hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Liverpool City F.C.'s zone, Pedro Voutsinos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonard Ilmer came out of the goal and Pedro Voutsinos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bastian Aunfelt kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Harold Axhøj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarl Ogrocki having to interfere. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Skårupøre's goalkeeper Jarl Ogrocki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 86thth minute of the game Pedro Voutsinos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liverpool City F.C.'s Leonard Ilmer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hektor Dreeszen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Voutsinos struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Leonard Ilmer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skårupøre. Skårupøre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Voutsinos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Liverpool City F.C. players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
