Villendrup SIK's Oscar Aundorf proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Villendrup SIK from getting a goal against them. Tavs Børløs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Aundorf having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asmind Bohner in the 36th minute of play forced Villendrup SIK's goalkeeper Oscar Aundorf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Oscar Aundorf was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Mauritz Pyrmov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match Klaudius Sparst sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Håkon Overland skillfully saved the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Asmind Bohner to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Brydegaard SIK's zone, Tejs Ramnæs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Håkon Overland came out of the goal and Tejs Ramnæs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Håkon Overland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Byg, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 60th match minute, Villendrup SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anker Basland to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute of the match Nicklas Edelfors shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oscar Aundorf showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
