Waldemar Kenhof charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Hollensted FC booed when Syvendekøb FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Kenhof didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Hollensted FC's Volmer Duwens tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute of the match Jan Nasgård sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Leisted skillfully saved the ball.

The wind increased when Willy Gejser made the kick off in the second half. If Elmer Gorrissen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The audience cheered when Volmer Duwens's long shot passed Klement Nobert's right side. It was 1-0, 58 minutes into the match. Hollensted FC's Marcos Leisted proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Hollensted FC from getting a goal against them. Marcos Leisted showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willy Gejser in the 79th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hollensted FC's zone, Willy Gejser stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Leisted came out of the goal and Willy Gejser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Hollensted FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Knud Jørgensø hit a great ball. In the 90th minute of the match, Willy Gejser tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcos Leisted saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Syvendekøb FV players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hollensted FC.
