An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Delbo in the 6th minute of play forced Ettrup's goalkeeper Kjeld Selinton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eckhardt Krichau lost his temper 8 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Ettrup getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Olfert Ulrich hit a great ball. The supporters of shuccerman booed when Ettrup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Poulsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Constantin Lianri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kjeld Selinton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in shuccerman's zone, Ibrahim Roelman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Renholt came out of the goal and Ibrahim Roelman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute Ibrahim Roelman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Renholt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ibrahim Roelman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Knud Ryttertoft hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. When Kai Ahrens fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored shuccerman's protests and gave Kai Ahrens a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of shuccerman:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ettrup:s goal. shuccerman:s Paul Renholt showed great skill when he stopped Osvald Nielebock:s penalty. Dennis Delbo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Kjeld Selinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kjeld Selinton came out of the goal and Constantin Lianri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. shuccerman's Knud Ryttertoft pulled a muscle in his back after 74 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Olfert Ulrich was shown his second yellow card after 74 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 75th match minute, Ettrup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olfert Ulrich to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute of the match Rudy Nymarsk sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kjeld Selinton skillfully saved the ball. Ibrahim Roelman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paul Renholt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. After having played for 95 minutes, Ibrahim Roelman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ettrup's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ibrahim Roelman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paul Renholt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keld Sitkiewicz in the 98th minute of the match. shuccerman's Kai Ahrens got his second yellow card of the match in the 99th minute. The referee ordered Kai Ahrens off the ground. In the 100th minute, Kai Ahrens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Ettrup supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching shuccerman's performance. The match ended with a win for shuccerman.
