The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 13th match minute, Team Byllerup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krestian Paltbo to maneuver through the defense. Svenåge Reinecke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, Team Byllerup's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Slotsdal came free, but Lars Barsing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julius Steinsøe in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valder Rechter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Julius Steinsøe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Slotsdal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ingvar Weikert kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, Skovmose FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kay Skorstengaard to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Ingvar Weikert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Skovmose FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. The referee ignored Skovmose FC's protests and gave Alexander Vendeldorf a yellow card for diving instead.
