Spectators: 6720 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stig Dørfler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 7 minutes into the game, Gynther Peyrath was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trønninge FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sønderby the free kick. After 7 played minutes Trønninge FC got a freekick which was hit by Gynther Peyrath. Stig Dørfler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Klaudius Hasnæs's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. If Sten Sindbo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Balthazar Søm might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stig Dørfler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Balthazar Søm ran back to his position shaking his head. 21 minutes into the game, Trønninge FC's Klaudius Hasnæs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stig Dørfler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Harry Magaard kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Trønninge FC's Nicholas Dyrmann broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Stig Dørfler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balthazar Søm in the 30th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klaudius Hasnæs in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig Dørfler saved Sønderby from getting behind. Stig Dørfler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balthazar Søm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th match minute, Sønderby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uwe Følbæk to maneuver through the defense. In the 39thth minute of the game Klaudius Hasnæs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sønderby's Stig Dørfler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stig Dørfler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaudius Hasnæs in the 45th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Balthazar Søm in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stig Dørfler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Virgil Overs made the kick off in the second half. Stig Dørfler was a little too slow when Klaudius Hasnæs got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-2. Sten Sindbo struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Ronald Marqvat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sønderby. If Klaudius Hasnæs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronald Marqvat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sten Sindbo's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Klaudius Hasnæs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Sten Sindbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronald Marqvat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgil Overs spun around in front of the goal 78 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Trønninge FC's goal. In the 86th minute of the match, Klaudius Hasnæs tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stig Dørfler saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sønderby's Stig Dørfler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Sønderby from getting a goal against them. Balthazar Søms short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Stig Dørfler to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Virgil Overs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Trønninge FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
