In the 15th match minute, Moseby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Finn Herkov to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Finn Herkov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tejs Meymann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Artur Tampler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Finn Herkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeppe Tessmer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Bob Elmtoft made a huge save. Moseby FC's Artur Tampler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tejs Meymann in the 28th minute of play. Uwe Kirkhede sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artur Tampler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uwe Kirkhede in the 34th minute of the match. Finn Herkov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Uwe Kirkhede managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blommenslyst SIK's supporters rose to their feet, but Uwe Kirkhede was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Tampler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Moseby FC's Ruddi Johavi got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Uwe Kirkhede stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Tejs Meymann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Blommenslyst SIK's Frantz Nørbach got a free kick in the 54th minute. Nils Horsbo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bob Elmtoft. Blommenslyst SIK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jeppe Tessmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bob Elmtoft having to interfere. Bob Elmtoft made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeppe Tessmer in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute, Alexander Bassum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur Tampler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tejs Meymann in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Moseby FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Svenning Bhrist was slow to take the kick. During this time Blommenslyst SIK's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Blommenslyst SIK's Svenning Bhrist to fire away a dangerous shot which Artur Tampler despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Moseby FC's goal looked a bit too open when Uwe Kirkhede came free, but Artur Tampler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uwe Kirkhede sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Jeppe Tessmer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moseby FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Vagnar Bringø's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bob Elmtoft read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play.
