Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dick Markus took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Virgil Konnild shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theodor Himmelstrup saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Virgil Konnild had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 9 minutes, Dick Markus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lejbølle SIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dick Markus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Lejbølle SIK's goalkeeper Theodor Himmelstrup had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernhard Gerløv. 19 minutes into the match, Günther Strandhave had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eigil Noya. Skanderup's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Günther Strandhave was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 24 minutes into the match, Skanderup's Virgil Konnild sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Theodor Himmelstrup narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Günther Strandhave fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eigil Noya having to interfere. Aage Blinge hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 31 minutes, Eddy Ertbølle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skanderup and the Lejbølle SIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Skanderup's Eddy Ertbølle got a free kick in the 32nd minute. When Eddy Ertbølle was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 34 minutes had been played. After 35 played minutes Skanderup got a freekick which was hit by Eddy Ertbølle. After 36 played minutes, Lejbølle SIK's Ferdinand Krabben shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eigil Noya came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lejbølle SIK reached it. If Bernhard Gerløv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernhard Gerløv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernhard Gerløv stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Bernhard Gerløv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 58 minutes into the match, Lejbølle SIK's Günther Strandhave sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eigil Noya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 61st minute Bernhard Gerløv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theodor Himmelstrup saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eigil Noya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dick Markus in the 67th minute of the match. Eigil Noya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dick Markus's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Theodor Himmelstrup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernhard Gerløv, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Jarl Arholm kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Eigil Noya successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dick Markus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Lejbølle SIK getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Nicolas Guldbro hit a great ball. Lejbølle SIK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
