Spectators: 6701 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the match, Sangstrup's goalkeeper Nicolas Hornshøj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andre Jaggarth. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaare Beknow in the 4th minute of play forced Grejs's goalkeeper Reiner Kolath to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miki Hamstrup received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Reiner Kolath tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Josef Ochsendorf charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Josef Ochsendorf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Grejs booed when Sangstrup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Ochsendorf didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Grejs's goal looked a bit too open when Kaare Beknow came free, but Reiner Kolath reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Hornshøj came out of the goal and Berndt Sativa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 33 minutes, Jon Strandvold mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sangstrup and the Grejs players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jon Strandvold hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andre Jaggarth to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sangstrup's goal looked a bit too open when Andre Jaggarth came free, but Nicolas Hornshøj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 55 minutes, Kaare Beknow managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sangstrup's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaare Beknow was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nicolas Hornshøj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Jaggarth, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute, Kaare Beknow got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kaare Beknow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Reiner Kolath tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reiner Kolath took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miki Hamstrup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miki Hamstrup in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reiner Kolath saved Grejs from getting behind. After 93 minutes, Pierre Eugan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grejs and the Sangstrup players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pierre Eugan hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Grejs's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
