One of Spid I.F.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kaarup AC:s goal. Amin Selnø went to the wrong direction when Jimmi Gøse was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Amin Selnø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolaj Thortsen in the 7th minute of play. Amin Selnø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolaj Thortsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 19 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Spid I.F.! After 20 minutes Spid I.F.'s goalkeeper Amin Selnø managed, with a little bit of luck, save Jimmi Gøse's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. When Martin Mijami fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kaarup AC's protests and gave Martin Mijami a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Martin Mijami hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Einer Gaardsdal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulrik Splittorff having to interfere. Ulrik Splittorff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Einer Gaardsdal in the 29th minute of the match. Nicolaj Thortsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Amin Selnø tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Mijami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amin Selnø having to interfere. In the 37th match minute, Spid I.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loke Lundstedt to maneuver through the defense. After 39 played minutes Nicolaj Thortsen rounded Spid I.F.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Spid I.F.'s Amin Selnø proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Spid I.F. from getting a goal against them. If Nicolaj Thortsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Einer Gaardsdal was the one to do the kick off. Sofus Strait fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amin Selnø having to interfere. Amin Selnø came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Kaarup AC's Nicolaj Thortsen. But to his dismay, Nicolaj Thortsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Spid I.F.'s zone, Nicolaj Thortsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amin Selnø came out of the goal and Nicolaj Thortsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Einer Gaardsdal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Ulrik Splittorff made a huge save. Einer Gaardsdal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ulrik Splittorff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Spid I.F.'s Einer Gaardsdal, in the 67th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Spid I.F.. Amin Selnø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolaj Thortsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute, Martin Mijami hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amin Selnø showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolaj Thortsen in the 76th minute of the match. Nicolaj Thortsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 minutes of play, Spid I.F.'s Einer Gaardsdal made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulrik Splittorff was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Kaarup AC's Ulrik Splittorff got control of the ball when Einer Gaardsdal tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 87 minutes, Sofus Strait managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kaarup AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sofus Strait was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Kaarup AC's Ulrik Splittorff got control of the ball when Einer Gaardsdal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute, Einer Gaardsdal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kaarup AC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
