Gert Hagelquist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Isak Cifuentes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viktor Fjeldborg in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bertrand Pandi saved Vaarø from getting behind. In the 92ndth minute of the game Thue Curtis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maribo's Gert Hagelquist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
