Mouritz Strandsø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the game, Manderup AC's Mouritz Strandsø nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Johnni Skaane made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Mouritz Strandsø managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manderup AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mouritz Strandsø was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johnni Skaane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Al Plith showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Tejndal, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rygaarde AC's zone, Mouritz Strandsø stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johnni Skaane came out of the goal and Mouritz Strandsø tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mouritz Strandsø fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnni Skaane having to interfere. 47 minutes into the game, Morten Marius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Al Plith was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simon Tejndal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Rygaarde AC's Thor Dunholt got a free kick in the 56th minute. Rygaarde AC's Johnni Skaane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samson Fjeldbo in the 65th minute of play. With his leg Johnni Skaane managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Manderup AC's Nicko Nieben fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mouritz Strandsø might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Johnni Skaane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mouritz Strandsø ran back to his position shaking his head. 81 minutes into the match, Rygaarde AC's goalkeeper Johnni Skaane had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mouritz Strandsø. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Tejndal in the 83rd minute of play forced Manderup AC's goalkeeper Al Plith to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Mouritz Strandsø had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Johnni Skaane. Rygaarde AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mouritz Strandsø was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. If Mouritz Strandsø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manderup AC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Rygaarde AC to leave the ground with a draw.
