Spectators: 6878 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dennis Aver took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Søborg FC's Allan Engelin got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Olav Perelstein's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Hagbart Essing skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Olav Perelstein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 7 minutes into the game, Olav Perelstein cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Hagbart Essing was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 11th minute, Gerhardt Cort ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hagbart Essing was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Waldemar Staksberg during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Costynho Romania Team's Waldemar Staksberg got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 27th minute, Vladimir Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute Olav Perelstein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hagbart Essing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldemar Staksberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hagbart Essing. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Waldemar Staksberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Yngve Selvik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helmuth Drotner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olav Perelstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hagbart Essing having to interfere. Costynho Romania Team's Olav Perelstein got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Dennis Aver got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When Costynho Romania Team's Olav Perelstein in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Søborg FC's goalie prevented a goal. Olav Perelstein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Dennis Aver got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. During the 60th minute of the match Waldemar Staksberg completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Waldemar Staksberg a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Costynho Romania Team's Waldemar Staksberg got a free kick in the 61st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thue Skaløe during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hagbart Essing stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olav Perelstein's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 75th match minute, Søborg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helmuth Drotner to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Olav Perelstein managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costynho Romania Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Olav Perelstein was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hagbart Essing breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Søborg FC's zone, Heinrich Haagenstjerne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hagbart Essing came out of the goal and Heinrich Haagenstjerne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Costynho Romania Team's Heinrich Haagenstjerne got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Hagbart Essing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olav Perelstein, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the Costynho Romania Team players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
