Spectators: 7402 (Terracing: 5552, Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 148) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ernst Veidal took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Willy Krummel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hansmorten Hvilendal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Timmi Erbe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Micael Danbie having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Skoverup's goal looked a bit too open when Walter Thidex came free, but Hansmorten Hvilendal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timmi Erbe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Micael Danbie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Einar Holmes during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th match minute, Hømvejle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Holmes to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the game, Melkior Gradman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hansmorten Hvilendal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute, Walter Thidex left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hømvejle fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 30 minutes into the match, Skoverup's goal looked a bit too open when Willy Krummel came free, but Hansmorten Hvilendal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Willy Krummel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hømvejle's supporters rose to their feet, but Willy Krummel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hansmorten Hvilendal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Skoverup's Hansmorten Hvilendal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ture Stenbøg in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Paul Tofteskov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Hømvejle were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Walter Thidex was the one to do the kick off. The throw-in from Einar Holmes in the 54th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Skoverup's Valdemar Dencker. Valdemar Dencker struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Micael Danbie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skoverup. Valdemar Dencker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Micael Danbie having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Willy Krummel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hømvejle's supporters rose to their feet, but Willy Krummel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hansmorten Hvilendal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernst Veidal in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Micael Danbie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute, Valdemar Dencker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hansmorten Hvilendal made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Willy Krummel sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute, Hømvejle's Melkior Gradman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Ernst Veidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Micael Danbie having to interfere. In the 91st minute of the match Paul Tofteskov sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hansmorten Hvilendal skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Skoverup's Hansmorten Hvilendal got control of the ball when Melkior Gradman tried to sneak it across the goal line.
