Peer Reichgruber didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willy Knudslund made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Loui Bergland sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, FC Forever's Willy Knudslund got control of the ball when Loui Bergland tried to sneak it across the goal line. Balthasar Høxbro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Storjohann, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for George Storjohann to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Elmer Glardorf left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TOPPEN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Lennarth Sailer kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see TOPPEN lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
